James P. Sammon - Mediation Services
Jim has had a distinguished career as a commercial litigation partner with several Northeast Ohio firms. Jim’s legal career has spanned more than three decades and involved the defense and prosecution of civil matters for large commercial, small business and personal clients. Throughout his career Jim has gained a reputation as a problem solver, combining both practical and legal analysis to bring about quick and sound resolutions. Many times Jim was called upon to fix - and has resolved some very convoluted legal problems. He has defended numerous 6-7 figure lawsuits and has successfully prevailed in several as a Plaintiff's practitioner. 
The son of a lawyer - Jim learned early that the best case for a client is a closed case. In addition to his legal representation, Jim has been active as a Mediator in personal injury, wrongful death, malpractice and commercial matters. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and a law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (n.k.a. CSU College of Law). Jim is actively involved in many civic organizations and associations – and is a Founding Member of the Irish American Law Society of Cleveland. He is an active member of the William K. Thomas Inns of Court. Jim serves as the Co-Chair of the law school's Annual Recognition Luncheon and was recognized as a member of the CSU College of Law Hall of Fame Class of 2023.

Jennifer V. Sammon practices in Reminger Co., LPA's Cleveland office as Of Counsel, focusing her practice on business litigation, financial services liability, and appellate and federal brief writing.
Jennifer has also been trained by the Ohio Department of Education to mediate cases involving specialized education plans (IEPs) and disciplinary issues involving students and staff.
Notably, Jennifer contributed to the landmark opioid litigation against Purdue Pharma and others while serving as Counsel to the Special Master in the MDL before Judge Dan A. Polster. She assisted with review of discovery and dispositive motions across more than 1,500 consolidated federal cases and drafted orders that ultimately helped pave the way for a $17.3 billion settlement.
A life member of the Cleveland State Law Alumni Association, Jennifer was sworn into the SCOTUS bar in 2016 by Chief Justice John Roberts. Jennifer is a graduate of Ohio University with a B.A. in Political Science & Journalism.
